To help you navigate the NSP website for educational information, please read the following:

A: LOG IN to NSP Website: www.nsp.org

1. Click "Programs" then "Education Programs" 
2. Go to your Discipline Program: Landing Page 

• "For resources and more information, click here" 
• View what is posted specific for your program

B: On NSP HOME page (click on the nsp shield to go to home)

1. Click "Resources", then "Document Library" 
2. Click on "Education" box
3. Find the following Under "Instructor Development":

• "Six Pack Lesson Plan Template,"
• "Guide to Mentoring New Instructors," pdf
• "Roadmap to becoming an Instructor Diagram,"
• "Instructor Development Mentoring Form" (Revised July 2024)
• "Training the Adult Learner Manual (NEWLY updated),"​

1. Find the following Under "General Resources":

• ​"ID_Instructor Application" (Revised October 2022)
• "ID_IT Application Form" (Revised April 2023).

​C: In "Education Programs",

1. Go to the Instructor Development Discipline Landing Page,
2. Click "Resources", then scroll to bottom to view the following educational videos:

• Using the Six-Pack to Teach a Soft Skill" 5 minutes;
• Using the Six-Pack to Teach a Physical Skill" 4:07 minutes;
• Becoming an Instructor of Record (IOR)" 2:33 minutes.**
