	With our past season of the chairlift/mechanical malfunctions, do we need extra attention to the lifts for bike season?  Do Patrollers need to be aware for their own wellness and safety sake?  Lifts are now being used summer and winter?  At the PNSAA conference last month, this was a major issue.   Including unseated passenger plans.

	Tangentially, something for patrollers to think about is there’s often still work happening other places on the mountain like Lift Maintenance working on towers/at lifts not being used for summer ops. They may also need medical care, and be in a difficult place to access, including hanging from a harness from a tower. So there’s potentially a lot more than just the guests on the bike to think about.
